Co-Lab. is an independent non-profit gallery established in May 2007 in Copenhagen, Denmark by

Marie Kirkegaard, curator and art historian, in collaboration with the two visual artists Melou Vanggaard and Jon Stahn.

The different exhibitions we arrange are the principal elements of Co-Lab. Through these we aim at presenting manifold art forms and tendencies providing young contemporary artists and curators the opportunity to realize free artistic concepts in non-commercial frames.

With a broad focus worldwide our aim is to create an international platform for contemporary visual art where dialogue can be inflected and give rise to collaboration and new constellations across cultures, medias and artistic practices. With this priority in sight our ambition with Co-Lab. is to maintain and develop a fruitful international network relying on mutual interest in exchanging ideas and exhibition concepts.
